What you will do
- Lead the downstream marketing strategy and execution for the LIAISON® Instrumentation franchise in the US market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new instrument launches, including pricing, positioning, and messaging.
- Create sales enablement toolkits, digital assets, and customer-facing materials to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify business risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product development and global marketing teams to align design goals with customer needs.
- Manage the instrumentation franchise budget and provide performance reporting to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Biological Sciences.
- At least 4 years of relevant commercial/marketing experience (2 years if MBA/PhD).
- Proven experience launching instrumentation products in the US market.
- Knowledge of FDA, CLIA, and Health Canada regulatory environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams), and data analysis in Excel.
- Must be based in or able to work from Stillwater, Minnesota.
Nice to have
- MBA or PhD.
- Over 1 year of healthcare-specific agency or management consulting experience.
- Prior 'hands-on' laboratory experience (e.g., Medical Technologist, CLT, or MLT).
- Experience translating Lean Six-Sigma workflow mapping principles into value propositions.
