What you will do

• Administer methadone prescriptions and evaluate new and current patients for treatment appropriateness.
• Observe and assess patients post-administration while following all physician orders.
• Collect urine specimens, file contract urines, and record results.
• Maintain medical supply inventories and receive medication shipments according to DEA and company procedures.
• Ensure accurate patient dosing records and perform medication inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate courtesy and vacation dose packages and provide training for new nurses.

Requirements

• Licensed as RN (preferred) or LPN/LVN in the state of TN
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in chemical addiction (preferred)
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
