What you will do

  • Oversee the Sponsor Services Resolution Team, including the management of the 800 line and shared mailbox.
  • Lead the Plan Terminations function, providing hands-on guidance for specialists during plan liquidations.
  • Monitor and optimize KPIs including average speed of answer, handle time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex termination scenarios and rollover complexities.
  • Coach and mentor staff to foster a culture of accountability and customer-centric focus.
  • Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to ensure plan alignment and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 6+ years of experience in Plan Management or Retirement Services.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and related legal/compliance issues.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid-office/home arrangement in Hartford, CT.
