What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document needs and specifications
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Design and implement business models using Capture to support strategic initiatives
• Conduct research, facilitate workshops, and develop reports and presentations for management
• Monitor project progress, support implementation of new systems, and evaluate solution effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT teams and provide training on new processes and systems

Requirements

• Proficiency in business analysis techniques and methodologies
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and experience facilitating workshops and training
• Expertise in Capture technology for designing business models
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis focused on strategic initiatives
• Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
