What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Ascend Marketing and related products, guiding clients on platform capabilities and workflow integration.
• Design end-to-end workflows and translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for internal and external partners.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for clients and sales teams during pre-sales and project execution phases.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation, including planning, business analysis, and execution while ensuring FCRA compliance.
• Manage multiple accounts and programs simultaneously, overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and billing.
• Mentor team members on complex project issues and conduct final quality reviews to ensure program accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in Credit, Banking, or Lending sectors.
• Strong understanding of FCRA laws, regulations, and related acts.
• 3-5+ years of experience with software platforms and systems capabilities.
• Knowledge of database management principles and segmentation tools.
