What you will do

• Partner with sales, product, and stakeholders to define and implement customer-focused service delivery processes.
• Analyze, interpret, and document customer requirements to ensure effective delivery processes.
• Conduct process fit/gap analysis and estimate change requests.
• Support sales bids by demonstrating product and domain understanding.
• Lead project BA processes, including gathering functional requirements and consolidating change requests.
• Prepare requirements for presentation to Product Management and Infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent professional work experience.
• 4-6 years of Business Analysis experience, specifically within the retail segment.
• Must be based in Australia.
• Good business English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience in fuel and convenience store segments.
• Knowledge of Cloud and API-driven processes.
