What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Trade Finance System, including gathering requirements and supporting post-production activities.
• Drive UAT planning and execution to validate system functionality against real-world trade operations scenarios.
• Collaborate with Trade Operations, Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to align requirements with operational workflows.
• Prioritize and manage system enhancements based on stakeholder feedback for continuous operational efficiency.
• Develop and refine trade finance policies, SOPs, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on system usage and trade finance processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 3–6 years of experience, preferably in Trade Operations or Trade Finance.
• Proven exposure to system implementation or business analysis.
• Deep understanding of Trade Finance products (Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Collections, Open Account, Financing).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with trade operations workflows and regulatory requirements.
