What you will do

• Oversee, audit, and measure accuracy of customs brokers in US and Canada, with support for EMEA and APAC.
• Conduct audits of import data and duty payments using CBP ACE and CBSA CARM portals.
• Assign HTS classifications for new SKUs and product lines.
• Inform global sourcing strategies for manufacturing and distribution.
• Develop and execute value reconciliation and duty drawback programs.
• Maintain customs recordkeeping, perform denied party screening, and improve trade compliance SOPs.
• Monitor trade policy developments impacting the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years experience with importers, customs brokers, or trade consultancies
• Comprehensive knowledge of customs regulations, HTS, CBP value reconciliation, and duty drawback programs
• Customs Broker License (LCB) strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP and ThomsonReuters ONESOURCE GTM a plus
• Problem-solving, proactive mindset, excellent communication, and organizational skills
• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
