What you will do

• Manage P&L accountability for a set of accounts across the revenue funnel.
• Develop and drive initiatives to improve product innovation and operational effectiveness.
• Support the Growth team throughout the end-to-end client acquisition cycle to drive revenue.
• Design and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to create reports and improve data visibility across the organization.
• Partner with senior leadership on high-visibility internal and external business initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, tech strategy & operations, or a startup environment.
• Experience in commercial strategy, market access, or operational strategy within healthcare or life sciences is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple competing projects.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into simple explanations.
• Proven track record of establishing project plans and delivering against tight timelines.
• Must be based in the United States.
