What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the retail team structure and capability as the business scales.
  • Build and strengthen senior-level partnerships with key retail customers to drive sales and distribution.
  • Develop joint business plans with retailers to achieve sustainable omnichannel growth.
  • Track and optimize commercial metrics including profit, market share, pricing, and in-store execution.
  • Identify and accelerate new business opportunities to increase brand penetration.
  • Act as the senior retail leader to align cross-functional teams with growth ambitions.

Requirements

  • Proven senior experience in FMCG retail environments.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel dynamics.
  • Ability to define and drive a clear strategic vision for Retail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and line management capability.
  • Experience launching new products (NPD) and pitching them to retailers.
