What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics models for factory performance.
• Translate business questions into analytical outputs, insights, and recommendations.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with IT and functional teams to enhance data availability, quality, and consistency.
• Support weekly and monthly operating reviews with standardized data.
• Monitor dashboard usage and improve analytical methods and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, business analytics, industrial engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise data systems like SAP, Oracle, or comparable.
• Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, collaboration across global teams, and structured problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, Spotfire, or other tools for statistical or predictive modeling.
