TL;DR

Sales Analyst: Provide sales data analysis and reporting for commercial teams supporting the Moen brand with an accent on ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, and performance insights. Focus on analyzing trends across segments, supporting sales forecasting, and delivering actionable data to drive business decisions.

Location: Hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL (new campus effective fall 2025).

Salary: $60,000 USD - $99,000 USD

What you will do

  • Analyze sales data across segments, channels, and regions to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop ad hoc reporting, dashboards, and recurring reports using tools like Qlik Sense, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Deliver monthly, weekly, and quarterly performance reporting
  • Support sales forecasting, target evaluation, and pricing/promotional initiatives with data insights
  • Extract and analyze data from SAP, CRM, and other systems
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy and governance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in sales or business data analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, large datasets, lookups)
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar for dashboards and reports
  • Ability to deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis for cross-functional teams

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics
  • Experience with Qlik Sense
  • Work with multiple systems like SAP, C4C CRM
  • Supporting reporting or system enhancements
