Product Manager - Standard Parts (Aerospace)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; hybrid setup with two remote days per week. Regular worldwide travel is required.

What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end product strategies and roadmaps for standard parts, including hardware, fasteners, consumables, and raw materials.
• Align portfolio decisions with business goals, market demand, customer needs, and competitiveness requirements.
• Define cross-functional solutions and process integrations to improve product readiness and operational performance.
• Analyze performance data to support revenue and profitability targets while driving continuous improvement and automation.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues and optimize the end-to-end value chain.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in aviation aftersales, preferably in distribution, MRO, aftermarket sales, or product management.
• University degree in engineering, commerce, or an equivalent professional background.
• Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial ownership, risk awareness, and stakeholder negotiation skills.
• Advanced data analytics skills and experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and ERP systems such as SAP.
• Deep understanding of the commercial aviation aftermarket supply chain, professional English, autonomy, and willingness to travel worldwide.
