Senior Digital Solutions Manager (AI)

Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States; 10–20% overnight travel required.

Base compensation: $120,300–$222,600 per year, plus eligibility for a company performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver digital business solutions focused on automation, integration, and AI.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.
• Prioritize initiatives and define requirements with lines of business.
• Work with IT stakeholders to manage solution quality, risks, and implementation efficiency.
• Coordinate with global initiatives and support business solutions across hirify.global IT.

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering digital solutions.
• Ability to work across automation, integration, and AI initiatives.
• Experience defining requirements and prioritizing work with business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate with IT leadership, management, and staff across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work in the United States and complete 10–20% overnight travel.
