What you will do
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new client accounts, translating needs into workflows for client and tech teams.
- Evaluate processes, recommend enhancements for efficiency and cost reduction, and design solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Lead new client pitches and smooth transitions to implementation setups.
- Serve as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams for effective communication and alignment.
- Analyze data, create measurement processes, and produce reports/presentations for decision-making and new solutions.
Requirements
- 10-15 years’ experience in solution design, process optimisation, operations, technical consulting, or similar.
- Experience in advertising, creative agency, production, or digital content operations.
- Fluency in German or French.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and proactive approach to risks/opportunities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills for leading pitches and onboarding.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and remotely across multiple markets.
