TL;DR

International Service Delivery Manager (HR Software): Responsible for service delivery processes ensuring high-quality client service for international multinational customers with Managed Services contracts, wearing project manager hat for large change requests. Focus on streamlining internal collaboration across specialist teams, owning critical incidents, coordinating resolutions, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Location: Hybrid from Malaga office (Spain), in a team spread across multiple European countries. Regular office days required alongside homework.

Compensation: Annual base salary between €39,000 and €47,000 (depending on experience).

What you will do

  • Manage service delivery processes for consistent, high-quality service to international existing customers.
  • Handle multinational customers with tailored Managed Services contracts and large change requests as project manager.
  • Maximize customer satisfaction by streamlining collaboration across specialist teams.
  • Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate resolutions, and conduct post-incident reviews.
  • Implement systems and methodologies for outstanding service delivery.
  • Monitor service scope, budget, timeframe, and report on status and quality.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in service management, monitoring, and managing service-related processes.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Superb leadership and ownership skills for working with multiple teams.
  • Project management skills with experience as a major plus; agile and flexible approach.
  • Fluent in English; international mindset, comfortable with different cultures and travel.
  • Strong budget, KPI management, and balancing customer needs with business priorities.
  • Eager to learn technical solutions for enhanced service delivery.
