What you will do

• Own delivery of organic search roadmap across priority markets, tracking KPIs and surfacing risks.
• Act as deputy to Head of Organic Growth: lead team standups, sprints, and cross-functional discussions.
• Manage technical SEO relationship with P&E team, writing tickets and ensuring completion.
• Monitor competitor activity, algorithm changes, and trends, providing informed viewpoints.

Requirements

• Proven track record in SEO, ideally e-commerce.
• Strong technical SEO: diagnose crawl, indexation, ranking issues and communicate to developers.
• Curiosity about search evolution: AI-driven search, GEO, changing intent.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues promptly.
• Data-literate: build and interpret reports in GA4, GSC, rank-tracking tools.

Nice to have

• Experience across European markets or localisation/hreflang at scale.
• Agile/sprint workflows.
• Running SEO A/B tests or CRO experiments.
• Python, SQL for SEO automation or data analysis.
