Senior Product Manager (Athlete Performance): Responsible for a product suite supporting sports scientists and coaches in capturing and analysing athlete monitoring data from wearables, optical tracking, and other sources to mitigate injury risk, optimise performance, and track development. Grow the human performance business with an accent on creating coherent product strategy, vision, and delivery. Focus on advocating for the product, motivating cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and integrating data with video analysis.

Base Salary Range £66,000 - £111,000 GBP

What you will do

• Grow the human performance business by creating product strategy and vision aligned with company goals, quarterbacking key investments for daily-use products.
• Advocate for the product through deep customer understanding, stakeholder relationships, and combining athlete data with video/match analysis.
• Motivate cross-functional squads to define success and deliver product vision into reality.
• Foster collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support on go-to-market plans, balancing cost, timeline, and customer benefit.

Requirements

• More than 4 years in product management in agile environments with proven track record of delivering customer-facing software.
• Autonomous decision-making, ownership, grit, self-starter balancing squad work, discovery, and strategy.
• AI-native: leverage AI tools for discovery, decision-making, prototyping, insights synthesis, strategy, and execution.
• Strong communicator: presenting, strategic documents, roadmaps, decomposing problems, gaining buy-in.
• Commercially-minded, data-driven, naturally curious, proven people leader, collaborative.
