• Coach and mentor staff, overseeing performance reviews and task delegation.
• Apply data analytics and fintech tools to create actionable performance insights and improve operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a consulting practice serving national cross-industry clients.
• Professional certification required (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, CSCP, or CTP).
• Proven experience in project delivery within sectors like Manufacturing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Asset Management.
• Ability to travel up to 20-25% regularly, and occasionally up to 80%.
• Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the hybrid work model.
