What you will do

• Lead the implementation of cloud-based accounts payable automation solutions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers throughout their onboarding journey.
• Guide customers through the technical integration process and provide expert problem-solving assistance.
• Oversee project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to exceed customer expectations.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to the internal knowledge base to empower colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success with SaaS applications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven startup environment.
• English: B2+ proficiency required for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience integrating with ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Procurement processes.
• Technical ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls).
