Location: San Francisco, CA; New York, NY hubs or remote in the United States. In-person onboarding required.
Salary: $127,000 - $221,000 USD (annual base, varies by location and experience)

What you will do
- Own and manage onboarding for largest customers from pre-sales to closeout.
- Partner with Account Executives for smooth handoffs and timeline management toward customer goals.
- Collaborate with Customer Enablement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Design Advocates, and Solutions Consultants to execute onboarding.
- Report on metrics and feedback to assess impact and identify new initiatives.
- Develop content and resources for customer training and product adoption.
- Deliver live and scalable training sessions tailored to customer needs.
- Consult on product and industry best practices as a trusted advisor.
Requirements
- 3+ years in customer-facing role with technical products.
- B2B SaaS experience with technical products.
- Proven project management skills handling multiple customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience engaging diverse customer personas across functions and seniority.
- Consultative approach to complex business and technical needs.

- Experience using or other UX/UI tools.
