Location: Remote (Core availability: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM EST)

What you will do

  • Lead enterprise implementation projects from Sales handover through First Value delivery and project close.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and one-off projects related to linguistic AI-driven setups.
  • Build and maintain structured project plans and keep documentation up to date for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across internal Solutions, AI Curation, Support, and Product teams to manage dependencies.
  • Actively monitor active projects for risks and escalate issues to internal stakeholders promptly.
  • Manage project scope against the contract and SOW, flagging scope creep appropriately.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a customer-facing implementation, onboarding, or project management role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects with external clients.
  • Working knowledge of the localization industry and/or machine translation technology.
  • Experience in technically complex environments involving software integrations, APIs, or data-heavy workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Linear, or Asana.
