What you will do

• Manage end-to-end implementation activities and project milestones for clients and partners in Colombia and LATAM.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, processors, issuers, and acquirers to identify requirements and drive solutions.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five+ years in payments, financial services, technology consulting, or implementation/project delivery
• Proven experience in client implementations, onboarding, or integrations in multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of payment ecosystems (issuers, acquirers, processors); Colombian/Andean market experience a plus
• Fluency in Spanish and English required (Portuguese a plus)
• Be based in Colombia
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
