Solutions Architect Lead (Web3): Leading application teams to optimize their experience using Arbitrum technology with an accent on developer success and ecosystem growth. Focus on solving novel technical and economic challenges, improving developer tooling, and providing high-level architecture guidance for EVM-compatible chains.

Location: Remote (Global). This role cannot be performed in California or Colorado.

What you will do

• Identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams to foster a high-engagement on-chain ecosystem.
• Own developer success for leading application teams, helping builders solve technical integration challenges with Arbitrum.
• Relay community and project feedback to the Product team to shape the roadmap and go-to-market strategies for developer-focused products.
• Collaborate with engineers to enhance the Arbitrum SDK, custom chain-launching tools, and create technical tutorials and demos.
• Represent the company at developer events, conferences, and hackathons through speaking engagements and live coding sessions.

Requirements

• Deep passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies.
• Experience leading teams in development and experimentation.
• Proficiency in Rust, Solidity, or Golang.
• Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and previous professional development experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
