What you will do

• Act as primary technical partner for integrators: support architecture design, implementation decisions, debugging, testing, and production unblocking
• Identify recurring blockers, eliminate root causes, and turn bespoke solutions into reusable templates and playbooks
• Design workflows, introduce automation, improve support infrastructure like ticketing and triage
• Surface structured product feedback, identify expansion opportunities, articulate technical value to decision-makers
• Improve documentation, integration flows, publish example implementations and reference repos

Requirements

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in production codebases
• Experience supporting or building integrations (APIs, SDKs, protocols, infra)
• Comfortable debugging unfamiliar systems with limited documentation
• Ability to improve systems and workflows, strong communication skills (technical + cross-functional)
• High ownership and accountability

Nice to have

• Experience in blockchain, DeFi, or developer-facing infrastructure
• Familiarity with EVM systems or cross-chain architecture
• Experience building internal tooling or automation
• Prior experience in solutions engineering, platform engineering, or technical partnerships
