What you will do

• Collaborate with technical teams to define data requirements for aligning Large Language Models (LLMs) across global markets.
• Develop and monitor methodologies for data acquisition and production, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Maintain high data quality standards through continuous quantitative and qualitative feedback loops.
• Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of data production tools in partnership with technical teams.
• Proactively identify and mitigate human and system biases within the data production process.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of alignment approaches such as SFT and RLHF, or experience in moderation, labeling, or data synthesis.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a product manager or product strategist.
• Proven experience in process design.
• Must be based in San Jose
