Senior Product Manager (CISO Advantage, Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Operate as structured feedback channel to Product team on usability, features, pricing, and competitive intelligence from partners and customers.
• Serve as primary resource for regional MSP partners, tracking enablement progress and helping develop onboarding playbooks.
• Support partners in end-user training, defining success metrics, providing guidance materials, and resolving adoption challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align activities and ensure content currency.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in cybersecurity role (technical pre-sales, partner success, channel enablement, security consulting, or vendor field role).
• Experience with MSP, channel partner, or VAR environments.
• Exposure to security program management, GRC, or vCISO services.
• Product feedback, customer success, or voice-of-customer experience in B2B SaaS/security.
• Supporting end-user training, onboarding, or adoption programs.
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts; ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong communication and relationship skills; genuine interest in AI, actively using AI tools daily.
