What you will do

• Support Business Heads in strategies, priorities, growth, and sales activities.
• Drive management rhythm, governance forums, and secretariat duties for meetings.
• Provide performance reporting, dashboarding, and advisory on sales management.
• Monitor sales KPIs, financials, trends, and support budget/KPI simulations.
• Represent business units in bank-wide projects, process enhancements, and working groups.
• Foster excellence, best practices, and global collaboration across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; related industry qualifications advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in private banking; Front Office business management with Senior Management exposure mandatory.
• Strong communication, influencing, presentation, organization, and leadership skills.
• Driven self-starter, adaptable to fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Familiar with local private banking rules and regulations.
