What you will do

• Lead and strengthen strategic relationships with key stakeholders across intermediary platforms, focusing on private banks.
• Identify and cultivate new client relationships to expand market reach and revenue opportunities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business and sales plans to achieve growth targets.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global funds to advise clients on positioning and strengths.
• Collaborate with global internal teams in Investments, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Compliance to optimize sales processes.
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in sales within asset management or fund advisory.
• Deep understanding of distribution and investment products within the region.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive, client-centric mindset.
