TL;DR
Technical Account Manager (Web3): Combine hands-on integration support with managing top-tier partner accounts for Web3 APIs/SDKs/widgets with an accent on troubleshooting, monitoring integration health, and channeling feedback to internal teams. Focus on running QBRs, aligning business goals with technical outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration to unblock issues.
Location: Remote from LATAM region only. Must be located in the LATAM region. Based in the Americas with overlap with US business hours.
Base Salary €35K – €60K + Equity

What you will do
- Manage top-tier accounts with high-quality check-ins (QBRs, reviews) and align business goals with technical outcomes.
- Provide hands-on support to design, build, test, and launch partner integrations; troubleshoot APIs/SDKs/widgets.
- Monitor logs, metrics, errors; maintain integration health and support incident communications.
- Collect and structure partner feature requests, inform internal prioritization, and provide updates.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to resolve issues and improve documentation/tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years in technical client-facing roles like Technical Account Manager, Solutions/Integration Engineer, or Tech Support in Web3, B2B SaaS, fintech, or API-first products.
- Proven Web3 experience required.
- Strong API fundamentals: HTTP/APIs, logs, traces, JSON, auth, webhooks, retries, idempotency, failure modes.
- Clear communication to translate technical issues for engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized: manage multiple accounts, ticketing, follow-ups, lightweight reporting.
- Timezone alignment: based in Americas with US business hours overlap.
Nice to have
- Experience in DeFi, cross-chain, wallets, RPC, or complex integrations.
- Familiar with observability tools (e.g. Grafana) and support workflows (Slack, Telegram, Linear, Zendesk).
- Led technical QBRs or integration reviews for enterprise accounts.
