What you will do

• Lead and mentor Implementation Consultants and Technicians, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee planning and execution of implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards.
• Act as escalation point for client issues and collaborate with sales on requirements.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Allocate resources and work with coordinators for deployments.
• Ensure quality control and implement best practices for installations.

Requirements

• Fluency in French & English required
• Proven leadership experience as Team Lead or Manager in implementations.
• Strong project management skills for multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical proficiency in implementation processes (technology or retail preferred).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
