What you will do

• Lead the development of pricing and packaging strategies to maximize customer value and optimize revenue.
• Drive the operationalization of commercial strategies across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Analyze sales, customer, and financial data to identify opportunities and test growth hypotheses.
• Partner with Product and Sales teams to align the roadmap with market research and reduce sales friction.
• Create and manage systems to track list, discounting, and street pricing trends across direct and channel sales.
• Determine international pricing policies adjusted for local market dynamics and foreign exchange fluctuations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a pricing leader at a cloud software company or top-tier consulting firm.
• Proven track record at a fast-growth, emerging cloud software company creating pricing optimization programs.
• Deep expertise in pricing governance, sales negotiation, and monetization strategies.
• Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Administration, or equivalent degree.
• Must be based in the San Ramon office for a hybrid work arrangement.
