What you will do

• Own and lead medium-to-complex programmes, ensuring strategic alignment, delivery, and financial performance as senior client lead.
• Maintain end-to-end delivery health, establish KPIs, track performance, and manage risks across multiple workstreams.
• Own programme gross profit, forecasting, cost control, and lead scenario planning.
• Shape integrated solutions, lead transformational initiatives, and partner on solution design.
• Oversee resource planning, utilisation, and lead/mentor senior teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience running large, complex global programmes in agencies or in-house studios.
• Senior leadership background across digital, social, and content ecosystems.
• Strong client presence and commercial mindset.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building new structures.
• Mix of strategic thinking, operational rigour, and people leadership.
