Salary: €5,705–€7,297 gross per month (Scale 12 CAO Dutch Universities, full-time 38 hours)

What you will do

• Oversee governance and execution of the UTOPYS program, ensuring projects deliver outcomes on time with professional reporting.
• Provide strategic alignment by evaluating and prioritizing programs/projects within the ESE department.
• Act as single point of contact for external stakeholders, organizing events, meetings, and communications.
• Develop and submit compelling proposals to grow the program portfolio.
• Manage operational tasks including project planning, documentation, reports, agendas, and slideshows.
• Oversee courses, organize training on infrastructure, and coordinate with finance, audit, and other departments.

Requirements

• Communication (written and verbal) in English and Dutch
• MSc working and thinking level with experience in program management
• Background in power engineering
• Well-organized, reliable, with organizational sensitivity and feeling for political/stakeholder contexts
• Excellent professional project/program management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in business administration (finance, legal, HR, marketing, communication)
