What you will do

• Translate software roadmaps into integrated execution plans and manage delivery across SDK, Platform, and Applications teams.
• Identify bottlenecks in workflows and implement best practices for project management and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies between software teams and hardware development.
• Design and implement systems for tracking KPIs and OKRs, providing analytical reports to leadership.
• Develop quality metrics and standards for software deliverables.
• Act as a liaison between software teams and other departments to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a senior role within the high-tech industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex software projects, preferably in firmware, SDK, or AI application development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Rijswijk office 3 days per week.
