What you will do

  • Provide guidance on HR policies and coach managers on performance, attendance, and conduct matters.
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies remain in strict compliance with UK employment legislation.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall wellbeing.
  • Lead formal investigations into grievances and disciplinary procedures, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • Manage the onboarding process, 3-month check-ins, exit interviews, and employee benefit programs.
  • Handle payroll reporting and HRMS management via HiBob while collaborating with EMEA and Global HR teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment legislation.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).
  • Strong communication skills and a track record of creating great employee experiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
