Senior Technical Account Manager

TL;DR

Senior Technical Account Manager (Adtech/SaaS): Serve as the bridge between customers and internal teams, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes. Focus on deep-diving into product and business data, collecting feedback, and building strong customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid setup in Hamburg, Germany with 3 core office days; 3 weeks remote per year; relocation support to Hamburg including visa and bonus.

What you will do

• Respond to customer inquiries with prompt technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and recommend optimizations by analyzing product and business data.
• Collect and forward customer feedback, requirements, and issues to internal teams for resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify process improvements and collaborate on implementations to boost satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain records of interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years in Customer Support or Account Management.
• Experience with APIs, databases, SQL; ideally SDKs and logging tools like Kibana.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) for international environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS/B2B products, mobile marketing, analytics, or tracking/attribution.
• Strong interest in Adtech.
