What you will do
- Call customers for follow-ups, billing, and onboarding
- Prepare and send administrative documents
- Participate in sales enablement by building competitive intel tools and learning SPIN framework
- Create presentations and templates for internal/external communication
- Join customer meetings and conduct questionnaires
- Streamline operations between Billing, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and other teams
- Update internal knowledge base and training materials
Requirements
- Professionally proficient in English
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- NOT eligible for visa sponsorship
- Eager to learn and adaptable
- Solution-oriented
Nice to have
- Professionally proficient in German or French
- Prior experience with Salesforce
