Location: Trafford Park, UK (Hybrid: includes 15 work-from-home days per year)

What you will do

• Collaborate with brands and Account Managers to align forecasts, stock, ranging, and commercial priorities.
• Support supplier forecasts, replenishment, newness buys, stockholding, and availability.
• Review promotional and New Product Development (NPD) performance alongside the Buying team.
• Analyze sales and market changes to maximize revenue and ensure KPIs are met.
• Assist in conducting quarterly range reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Assistant Merchandiser.
• Analytical mindset and strong commercial awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience within a fast-paced Beauty, Retail, or FMCG environment.
• Experience managing a large store estate.
