What you will do
- Own full relationships with UK delivery, freight, and fulfilment partners from day-to-day projects to long-term strategy
- Negotiate carrier and partner contracts to drive cost efficiency and maintain high service levels
- Track partner performance data, identify improvements, and resolve issues
- Run regular business reviews and operational check-ins for accountability
- Develop the UK partner portfolio to make offerings attractive for D2C brands
- Collaborate with Growth, Account Management, and Merchant Care to translate market needs into partner requirements
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, consulting, or fast-growth startup with high ownership
- Track record managing commercial relationships end-to-end with carriers, 3PLs, freight, or fulfilment providers
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality: take initiative, move fast, drive impact
- Analytically strong, confident using data for negotiations and performance
- Fluency in English; German a plus
- Thrive in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments acting like domain owner
