What you will do

• Deploy and configure AI agents for clinical documentation, scheduling, billing, and workflow automation.
• Conduct workflow assessments to design high-impact AI implementations that deliver measurable ROI.
• Optimize agent performance using prompt engineering, context management, and tool selection based on customer needs.
• Establish AI governance frameworks and monitoring systems for accuracy, drift, and quality assurance in production.
• Collaborate with Applied AI engineering to translate field insights into product improvements and new capabilities.
• Serve as a trusted AI advisor for customers, guiding their strategy and AI-powered operational transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated experience deploying and managing LLM-based applications in production environments.
• Healthcare technology experience required, including the ability to advise on clinical workflows and EMR systems.
• Hands-on experience with foundation model APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Understanding of AI safety, alignment, governance principles, and evaluation frameworks.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, clinical documentation standards, and healthcare compliance.
