What you will do

• Partner with department leaders in Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to identify high-leverage AI automation opportunities.
• Build and document lightweight systems using LLM tools (Claude, GPT), automation platforms (Make, n8n, Zapier), and APIs.
• Develop an end-to-end automated pipeline for founder-forward content creation, from raw footage ingestion to distribution.
• Enable and train internal teams to own and operate the AI systems independently.
• Create a reusable AI implementation playbook to scale automation as the company grows.

Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with APIs and scripting in Python or JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude) into automated workflows and pipelines.
• Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.
• Strong documentation habits to ensure systems are maintainable by non-technical users.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt quickly in a high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in social media, content marketing, or content operations.
• Familiarity with video transcription and processing tools like Whisper or Descript.
• Prior experience in an enablement, implementation, or internal consulting role.
• Experience working at a startup or high-growth tech company.
