What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to develop AI software solutions leveraging hirify.global products.
• Prototype innovative AI solutions by researching technical trends and utilizing domain expertise.
• Optimize AI model performance through expertise in frameworks, algorithms, and hardware features.
• Research, develop, and adjust AI models, code, and parameters to address technical challenges.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, providing enabling and consultation to partners.
• Lead application pre-enabling tasks and product hardening to accelerate future product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years with a Bachelor's, 3+ years with a Master's, or 1+ year with a PhD.
• Proficiency in Python, including advanced experience with PyTorch and OOP.
• Advanced knowledge in AI inference and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs).
• Experience working in Linux environments from a user perspective.
• Must be based in Poland (Hybrid in Gdansk).

Nice to have

• Experience with GPU programming and performance optimizations.
• Profiling ability and a strong focus on performance optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of software engineering practices and open-source programming experience.
• Understanding of AI neural networks, parallel, and distributed programming concepts.
