What you will do

• Deploy and manage internal AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Cursor.
• Execute gradual rollouts and pilots of AI tools for both technical and non-technical teams.
• Create telemetry and dashboards to track AI adoption, productivity changes, and trends.
• Build early prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and AI agent experiments.
• Maintain the AI Knowledge Hub with documentation, prompt examples, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with international engineering and product teams within security guidelines.

Requirements

• Solid background in building AI-powered software solutions and practical experience with LLM workflows.
• Experience with AWS-based environments for AI projects, specifically Bedrock, serverless, and IAM.
• Ability to build and maintain simple data pipelines and analytics dashboards.
• Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Basic understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Experience working within distributed or international team setups.
