What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize existing services for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks for optimal resource utilization and stability.
• Implement code quality, testing, and CI/CD best practices.
• Monitor backend services health and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in backend development focused on Java and AWS.
• Strong experience with low-latency, high-scale services in distributed environments.
• Proficiency in Java ecosystem, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Clickhouse.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, security practices, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
