TL;DR
Senior Software Engineer (AI): Designing and building scalable backend platform services for AI-enabled customer data products with an accent on real-time configuration workflows and agentic API orchestration. Location: Must be based in Poland
Salary: 240,000 - 315,000 PLN annually

What you will do
- Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java for real-time data processing and AI-assisted workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, DevOps, and Product to deliver AI-enabled product capabilities.
- Build backend services that coordinate AI assistants and orchestration flows in a governable and observable manner.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and solution design.
- Improve observability, performance, and scalability for distributed services supporting agentic workloads.
- Participate in architectural design discussions and peer code reviews to ensure reliability and coding standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- 5–7+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
- Extensive experience deploying software in AWS with cloud-native backend services.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and Terraform.
- Experience with NoSQL and relational databases (e.g., DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Experience with distributed messaging and streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with AI platform integrations, specifically Amazon Bedrock and LLM-based APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows such as Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex.
