Salary: 240,000 - 315,000 PLN annually

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable backend services using Java for real-time data processing and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, DevOps, and Product to deliver AI-enabled product capabilities.
• Build backend services that coordinate AI assistants and orchestration flows in a governable and observable manner.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, and solution design.
• Improve observability, performance, and scalability for distributed services supporting agentic workloads.
• Participate in architectural design discussions and peer code reviews to ensure reliability and coding standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 5–7+ years of professional experience in Java software development.
• Extensive experience deploying software in AWS with cloud-native backend services.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and Terraform.
• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases (e.g., DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Experience with distributed messaging and streaming technologies like Kafka or Kinesis.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with AI platform integrations, specifically Amazon Bedrock and LLM-based APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted engineering workflows such as Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex.
