What you will do

• Design and implement scalable backend services leveraging generative AI models for high-performance, low-latency solutions.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into platform components.
• Optimize AI models and services for performance, scalability, and maintainability in distributed systems.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in AI processing and system performance for efficient resource use.
• Implement best practices for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models with CI/CD and versioning.
• Proactively monitor health and performance of AI-driven services to ensure high availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years backend development, including 3+ years AI/ML with hands-on generative AI (GPT, LLMs).
• Strong expertise in Python or Java, AWS, building low-latency high-scale services.
• Experience deploying/optimizing AI/ML models in production with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices, RESTful APIs, security in AI services, distributed data (Kafka, ClickHouse).
• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle), agile methodologies, problem-solving in AI optimization.
