TL;DR
Regional Pro Specialist (Retail Sales): Accelerating Pro-segment growth across big-box retail including Lowe’s and The Home Depot for Larson, Fiberon, and Therma-Tru brands with an accent on building strategic partnerships, generating high-value opportunities, and executing field initiatives. Focus on managing large multi-phase projects, conducting on-site job visits, and driving revenue through loyalty and repeat purchases.
Location: Field-based role in Northeast Sales Region (Maine to Maryland, Ohio, Michigan); must reside within the assigned territory; up to 75% travel including driving and air travel.
Salary: $63,000 - $87,000 USD plus annual sales incentive and performance-based bonuses.

What you will do
- Capture targeted share of addressable business and implement Pro-focused programs in retail environments.
- Promote full product portfolio across Lowe’s, Home Depot, and distribution networks.
- Collaborate with retail channel outside sellers on projects, opportunities, and promotions.
- Host Pro events for product training and conduct on-site job visits for project support.
- Manage large multi-phase Pro projects from quote to fulfillment and drive loyalty through rebate contracts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, field operations, or channel management in B2C or retail environment
- Must reside within assigned territory (Northeast: Maine to Maryland, Ohio, Michigan) and be comfortable with driving and flying for business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong desire and commitment to sales
- Ability to excel in high-performance, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Experience with Pro customers (builders, remodelers, contractors, trade professionals)
- Background in big-box retail, distribution, or building products industry
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
