What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop an international Order to Cash operations team.
• Own operational performance within Order Management or Invoicing and Accounts Receivable.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer, commercial, and financial topics.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
• Ensure strict compliance with financial controls, audit requirements, and regulations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Tax, Logistics, and IT stakeholders on transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, business economics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience within Order Management, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, or Order to Cash roles.
• Proven experience leading operational or financial teams in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order to Cash processes and dependencies.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance frameworks, and audits.
