TL;DR

Director Global FinOps - Billing: Leading international billing processes within Global Customer Finance Operations handling ~$6B annually across 150+ company codes, varied currencies, and tax structures. Location: Moermanskkade 421, Amsterdam, Netherlands (onsite)

What you will do

  • Manage and lead O2C operations team and BPO, providing guidance, establishing KPIs, and monitoring service levels.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and compliance across international billing for multiple NBCU businesses.
  • Act as superuser for SAP and other ERPs, supporting technical and process needs.
  • Lead medium to high-impact projects for system implementations, client transitions, and optimizations.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, BPO leads, and other finance towers to resolve issues and support goals.
  • Mentor and develop teams, fostering NBCU culture and high performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and another European language preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance-related area.
  • Extensive experience in international billing, licensing, or royalty contracts (entertainment industry preferred).
  • Proven people management, project management, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Experience leading off-site teams, problem-solving under tight deadlines.
  • CRM/ERP experience, especially SAP; Lean/Six Sigma aptitude preferred.
